Tim graduated from Washburn University School of Law and practices in both Kansas and Missouri. He spends his down time with his family of nine which includes a beautiful grand-daughter, two teenagers and two young foster sons. Tim also coaches youth basketball in inner-city KC and tries to give back to the community whenever he can. When he wins or settles a case, he always gives a portion of money back to his client's non-profit of choice or to the Epilepsy Foundation.
