Tim Power obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas in 1981 and his law degree from Washburn University in 1985.  Since 1985 he has devoted his practice to personal injury and workers’ compensation. He is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, Johnson County Bar, Wyandotte County BarKansas Association of JusticeAmerican Association of Justice, and the Kansas City Metro Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Power is presently the co-chairman for education for the Kansas Association of Justice.

Tim has given lectures to other attorneys in workers’ compensation, automobile accidents, and uninsured and under-insured motorist cases. Tim is devoted exclusively to representing Kansas City personal injury accident victims and works hard to ensure clients receive the support, knowledge and compensation they deserve after being involved in an accident.

After nearly twenty six years of practice as a Kansas City personal injury lawyer, Tim prides himself on not only being a good attorney, but a good Dad as well. He and his wife have three children and Tim is actively involved in their lives including coaching their basketball and soccer teams.
